I’m looking for a website where I can create a quiz/Survey and send it and the answers will be sent back to me?

Have you ever taken a quiz or a survey thinking that when you are finished, your answers will display some form of results, but in actuality, the answers were sent back to the person who sent the quiz to you? Do you know a website where you can create trick quizzes?

You can create an online form for free with google docs:
docs.google.com

You can then let anybody fill the form out, and you’ll see the results.
If you want something a bit more sophisticated, you’ll need to get into the details of web development, specifically making the form in HTML and responding to it with a language like PHP on the server.
