In the Protege onyology tool Pizza example how can we incorporate customer feedback ratings into the tool?
In the Protege tool Pizza case how can we incorporate the Customer feedback + Ratings on the various Pizzas that are available? Suppose we give ratings for ‘Excelent taste’ as 0.6 and ‘Bad taste’ as -0.6 etc.
This one could be used in a positioning matrix where you position pizzas according to their taste.
A little bit out-of-box approach would be to say that if the average pizza price is 1 then the excellent taste deserves to be priced 1.6 and the bad taste deserves to be priced 0.4 and they are supposed to make the same profit amount as in perfect world the number of peoplee who prefer excellent taste and therefore agree to pay higher price would be significantly lower then the number of peopl who are price sensitive.
