Embedded online Survey Tool?

I am looking for an Online Survey tool that would both allow the survey to be embedded into a website, as well as provide real time feedback after the survey is submitted. I am hoping for free solutions, but paid solutions work as well. I am open to suggestions.

I have lately started using http://mysurveylab.com/ and I’m really happy with it.

At the moment you can get 1 month free professional membership which is giving you full access with real-time reports and 1100 responses for free. That is great.

I’ve been chatting with their support and in next few weeks they are planning to do a survey to decide accurate pricing for their services. So actually users may have great influence on the price. It sounds great.

Next good point is that during our chat they were asking me about my opinion and my needs because they are trying to improve the service depending on users needs. So that is another great thing.
